Argon comes from the air and comes back to the air after putting out the fire. Both the GWP and the ODP are 0; it means IG01 system will never do damage to ozone layer, and will never bring about greenhouse effect, environment friendly. Argon does not have any chemical reaction with other materials, and sticks to its own chemical properties, no secondary pollution.

The principle to putting out the fire for IG01 system is to reduce the oxygen concentration. When the oxygen concentration is less than certain degree, the fire will be put out. So IG01 system is a total flooding system.

There are three ways to activate the IG01 system: automatic activation, manual activation and emergency activation. Fire detectors send signals to control panel; control panel starts the solenoid valve and cylinder valves; agent will be discharged.
